    my XPS m1330 order has been delayed

    Ordered 6/29
    Estimated Arrival Date 7/19

    Today 7/17: I decided to call dell and ask them why is my xps still in production after 14 days in the "building stage". The rep told me they are waiting for the WLED screen therefore my XPS will face a delay. I asked him what is the new delivery date and he said he can't tell me. He said he would call me on Monday 7/23 to give me a new delivery date

    I'm kinda pissed. What do you guys recommend I do?

    Btw... I ordered in Singapore.

    My order was canceled by dell. The reason they said was because of 'lead time.'

    ..sorry that doesn't really help you i'm just venting... but look on the bright side, your order wasn't canceled.
