    the name of my laptop is dell latitude d620

    and my camera not working what should I Do

    to open

    the camera ?????

    The LAST thing you want to do is take apart the camera. First off, have you checked for updates at Dell's website? If the software is up to date and working then what kind of warranty o you have? If your warranty is over, try checking out the system teardowns at Dell's site. They may have a teardown to access the camera with step by step instructions.
