    Well I just went to online chat with a csr about rebates and about the discounts I have been seeing people get. I simply told her that I know of people who are getting 200 dollars off with the same configuration that I have and am going to return the dell for an HP.

    She first offered me 75 dollars back and I told her that would not do. She then settled for 100 dollars so I took it. I can't complain, its 100 dollars that I don't have to give them for 5 minutes of my time :)

    Whenevr i try this on the UK site all they say is call Customer Care.
