Temperatures are alright, but you could do better..
Have you tried blowing out your heatsink fins with compressed air? If you've had your computer for a while dust starts to build up because of the airflow.
link - NBR Cooling Central <-- tons of tips here. -
My GPU temp goes up to 91 when I play TF2. I suppose that this is normal, but there are some people who have really low GPU temps.

wow the highest my gpu gets is 79 and idles aroiund 50. My cpu get 69 on load.
Take apart the fan assembly. After a month of using my machhine i noticed a lot of dust in it. Also raise the back about 1 to 2 inches. 89 is too high. Contact dell about replacing the motherboard because thats way too high for the studios -
i contacted dell and they told to run the dell diagonistic test using dell drivers cd...so i tried the express test..i am getting the result as test failed and error is processor_fan-the fan speed is incorrect...what does this error mean???i am really worried about my laptop after this error msg..
-
what is the reported RPM value?
It appears your fan is running too fast or too slow ...probably too slow. -

Not sure what processor model yours is, but my notebook's processor usually runs at 0.8GHz when I'm not doing anything, so it can save power and produce less heat.
It displays the fan speed in a little box on the right of the screen when you are doing the fan test. Not sure about how you can check the speed in windows though..
So you contacted dell and they told you to run the dell diagonistic test using dell drivers cd.. did they ask you to call them back? You should tell them of the error. I think they will ask for your computer to replace the fan. -
as today is sunday and in india the dell team works only in weekdays...so tomorrow i am going to call them to explain them the problem...my processor is t 8300 2.4 ghz...it stays at 1.2 ghz most of the times as displayed by rm cpu clock utility...but few days back when i checked the properties on right clicking my computer one speed displayed was 2.4 ghz and the other was 1.2 ghz and today when i checked it one speed is still 2.4 ghz but the other one has changed from 1.2 ghz to 2.39 ghz...can anyone tell me how this can happen???

It is pretty normal.
Your computer is geared with some technologies like "Speed Step (Check in BIOS)" and when you no need full 2.4Ghz your CPU work on decreased speeds!
But when you need full speed your computer will provide you FULL 2.4 Ghz.
It is very important future - because you can/save battery time, and it allow you to have cool CPU temperatures.
Please use Everest and you will see your CPU speed (Mhz) change its status dynamically!
sorry my English.
But it is not Issue!
Your CPU just decrease its speed only when it is no needed! -
as the dell technition told me to run dell diagonostic test from drivers cd the test was almost alright bur one error was there that was of the fan speed is incorrect...so i want to know is due to this problem only my temp specs r going to high or there can be any other problem as well...whenever i run a new pc game the fan starts makin sounds and whole area around the touchpad gets heated up(almost left portion of the laptop) and sometimes in normal work also the fan starts making noises..so anybody now what dell people will ask me to do or what steps will they be taking to resolve this issue????and also tell me to how to measure the fan speed???

What should be the correct fan speeds in RPM?
my studio 15's temperatures going too high
