    when i start my laptop i straight to media direct and it show me can't detect hard drive.

    when i try to reformat, it can format it, but when i install windows. it say, some drive meet criteria can't finish installation. @@

    after that i try delete my partition c:. when i recreate. it can't
    after restart 1 times. and it can create partition. but it can't install windows also.

    is my hard disk break down ad?

    It's sounds like the hard disk has got damaged anyway.Was the laptop dropped?If not ring dell if it's still in warranty..

    Try removing the media direct partition in the installation partition manager; I think I read somewhere that this worked for someone.
