    my xps1210 doesn't detect the built in webcam!

    Hey, well I own a xps 1210 with the built in webcam and i just reformated my disk. I installed Windows XP and the drivers/utilities and applications cd. But now i click on the camera button next to the power button and nothing happens.. (same with media direct) .. then I tried to communicate through MSN with the webcam but it did not detect a connected webcam to my computer. What do I need to do/download so that my xps 1210 can detect the camera and i can start using it??

    did you install the nss software also install the logitech software and as far as media direct if you did not wipeout the partition the repair utility may fix it all of these are found on dells support site
