    Im on the phone with dell about my XPS-M1210. dell come out to my house to put in a new motherbored. I WAS and SITLL are getting a very low score.

    I told dell that my friend was getting 4000. Now dell wants to look at his service tag to compare "his" computer with mine. One thing I dont have a friend with a m1210. Can any one help?

    as a former technician, i'd like to say that you are a jerk. instead of doing your research and determining what your score SHOULD be, you made some poor guy come out and swap your MB because you ASSUMED your score should be higher.

    then you LIED to the tech which is just pathetic since his job is to help you and he can only help you as much as you tell the TRUTH.
