had a system replaced, and the rep who did it did not give me what i submitted. i was not told it would be different and they flat out lied to me. and refuse to have a supv call me.

file a BBB complaint it will get you hold of executive esclations

lol call back and talk to a different escaltions rep and dont take no for the answer do not give any info other info to the cust service person other than you want escalations.. PERIOD.. be calm but firm dont even tell them the situation dont give them your info either just tell them you WANT escalations.. this way once you get a rep they will be different than who you have been dealing with and hopefully they can try to straighten it out
