i would download home premium as ultimate doesnt really provide much but its really up to your preference

i would keep the 3 year completecare, considering how your system is $2000+, $120 for your piece of mind seems pretty worth it... accidents DO happen.

for $385 i wouldn't upgrade the harddrive. just downgrade it to the lowest choice and upgrade it yourself afterwards. you can get a 250GB 7200RPM for $200-$350. so better than the drive you upgrade to and cheaper as well

I would also downgrade the vista ultimate. I will be ordering a similar system today but I will be getting the 106gb 7200 rpm hdd/T7300/2GB/128 Nvidia/wireless N/blutooth/fingerprint reader/3 year complete care/sling bag for approx. $2300.00 canadian this is tax included, I was still debating on getting the T7500 2.2ghz cpu but not sure if I want the extra cost.

    Haha! Nice catch.

To the OP, I agree that you should downgrade to the 120GB 5400 RPM drive and if you can, downgrade to 1GB of RAM. You can easily buy a 160 GB 7200 RPM drive for half the cost of the Dell upgrade and then use the 120 GB drive as a backup. And 2GB of RAM is cheap from aftermarket sources, and you can resell the 1GB that came with the system.

Of course, this is coming from a U.S.A. perspective - I don't know what kind of availability you have for these items in Malaysia.
