    need help deciding 7200 rpm hd or 5400 rpm on 1520 inspiron

    im planning on getting the 1520 inspiron , t7250 2.ghz , 2 gig ram 8600 gt now i need help on the hard drive i want a fast laptop with 7200rpm hard drive but worried about the noise level and battery life on the 7200 rpm vs the 5400 rpm hard drive. im am gettting it with the 9 cell battery,

    any 7200 rpm owners of inspiron 1520 can shed me some light please ty

    im planninng to game, watch movies, and surf the net with this laptop

    hi, i got the 7200 rpm 120 gig harddrive for my 1520 and it works great. Its not noisy however there is "clicking" when the harddrive seems to be reading/writing. As for battery life i get about 3-4 hours on high performance. hope that helps
