my new deal came from a resolution specialist.. i have the 325 coupon i can use right now, i then get a credit of 300$ once it ships as long as my order is over 1300$ total after the 325 coupon plus once i place the order i call him personally at his extension and he will upgrade the screen to the 1680 at no charge over the 1440 one.. so it all comes out to for a black 1520:

    t7500
    2gb ram
    160gb 7200rpm
    built in bluetooth
    built in web cam
    8600gt
    wxsga+ 1680
6 cell an 9 cell battery
    vista premium
    intel n wireless card
    cd/dvd writer
    no added software
total comes to 1087.41 after taxes

should i wait or is this about as good as it gets?? thanks i cant decide

Not sure what reinforcement you're looking for. That looks to be a pretty good deal for seemingly maxxed-out specs.

That's even a better deal than I had. I'd click BUY lol. I am also not sure about all the grainy problems people had, but I have the 1280x800 truelife glossy and I see no grain at all.

I've heard that card performs like poop.

But, it's worth it at that price as you can likely swap in something else later.
