    new dell screen issue

    hey all,

    i have bought this laptop last week (inspiron 3567 i5, 7200u, amd raden 4 giga ddr4), on windows 10 v1511 , i have this weird things red or blue dots appears on some tabs.when i close the affected tab all goes normal.

    i . i have updated all my drivers , and the problem didnt get solved. what shall i do? help would be appreciated.

    Do the "dots" appear only when there is a certain color the screen is displaying? For example is the red only visible on a black background?
    You should try and run a color test, it could be stuck pixels.

    thanx for ur help,it was maily with dark screens.
    I have updated all my drivers again and the windows virsion, but it didnt get solved. i connected it to LED screen through HDMI , and the dots appeared as well , so i returned it back to the shop i bought from he ran some testes and told me it is a graphic card failure , so he replaced my laptop. now all fine.
