    hey guys,
i am pretty desperate. the audio seems to be broken. i reinstalled the drivers twice so far, and after booting it usually works for like 20min or so. after that it just clams up and there is no more audio coming from the speaks. skype crashes.
it must be a driver or hardware thing, i dont think that problem is a software conflict since i tried uninstalling skype too.

what should i do? once it stops working only rebooting helps. for like 20min ...

You might have to resort to reinstalling Windows at this point.

You need to make the memory stick bootable (google for instructions) then copy all the files and folders from your Windows DVD to the USB drive.
