My status changed to shipped this morning at 10am, but I haven't been provided a tracking number to follow the package. I would usually expect this, even doubly so because the Dell Rep I spoke to yesterday said she'd provide me with one as soon as it shipped.
Could it be because I'm shipping "Canada standard" or do you think something's up?

My guess is that the delivery company has yet to have the tracking number propagate throughout their own system, and Dell's system won't get it until it updates sometime later on in the day. Rest assured, you will get the tracking number within 24 hours since it shipped.

Did u try the order status page? I think they give u the tracking number if it's been shipped.

Most of the time you will get your laptop before Dells site even gives you a tracking number

Try calling the automated order status system....the information there is usually more updated. 800-433-9014

Called the order line, they said it's enroute to the carrier and that I'll get tracking info once it gets there. They also said it was shipped on June 1998...

wrong order number? haha i did that one time.. I called and accidently push the wrong number .. it said shipped on september 2005

I've been told that number is for US orders only, and I'm in Canada. It's not the incorrect product number, I confirmed it like three times

Yeah that number is for US only, everyone else gets old ship dates!
