    I am now a proud owner of a vostro 1400 with complete care package. And i have read somewhere that there is a software which allows you to trace stolen laptops that is included in the complete care package, I dont know if its rumor or not, if its true anyone know how to enable it? Toronto is not exactly thief free.

    I'm assuming you are talkin about the Laptop Lojack protection. It is on a CD that may have been shipped separately from your laptop. You have to to load the CD onto your Laptop and follow the directions to get it to work.

    Isn't this the whole LoJack thing? My friend had the CD mailed to her. Other's will reply better...but I believe LoJack is what your are looking for.
