This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    dell should have another option for their LCDs.

    along with selecting the resolution, they could allow you to choose a LCD that sucks or doesn't suck.

    hell, they could even charge a bit more for decent LCDs, instead of the cheap ones they are pawning off on unsuspecting consumers.

    i know i for one would be glad to spend a little extra to avoid the grainy LCD they dropped on me.

    i would especially like some comments from the dell guys. the last comment i saw suggested we email '[email protected]' with our display woes. you can guess how much good that did us.

    go to dell2dell.com and try posting it there also send a email and written letter to the executive offices i already have on the same similar subject
