    does anyone use a cooler for there studio 17, seen loads advertised on amazon thinking of buying one, any recommendations? do they work?

    I just recieved my new Studio Laptop and love the color. However, I ordered a 320 GB hard drive and only 288 arrived. I called, was switched 5 times before cut off. I am so frustrated that I can't get an answer why???

    you never will get the full amount of HD space. that 32gb your missing is the OS and back-up partition on the HD. Also vista takes up a HELLLAAA lot of space with restore points so delete some of them and it will help.

    Probably part is for the restore partition and the other is due to the fact that 320 GB formatted is about 300GB.
