    i was looking at newmodeus and they have this for the inspiron 14 but never mention 14r and it mention just slide out and install but from the pictures of the 14r doesnt look like i can remove it without ripping it to shreds. :confused:

    1 screw in the chassis and the optical drive slides right out.

    i emailed newmodeus and they wanted me to take a pic of the front and back of the optical drive. problem is i have not received the laptop from dell yet so anyone owns one of these and snap the pics for me or know which one of the caddy work for this 14r?
