    ok, so when is the next dell xps laptop coming out? i heard rumors that a new one was coming out.. but i didnt hear when or what it had in it... if this is the case.. im saving my money and instead of buying the xps m1710 maxed out.. im gonna buy this new one.. any news of one????

    If it was going to be out in time for the holidays we would know about it by now. My best guess is we wont see anything new untill late 1'st or mid 2nd quarter of next year, and more than likely you will be seeing mainstream units roll out ahead of flag ship products, the wait could possibly be even longer if your hoping for a machine with a capeable DX10 class card, if you need it now, buy it now, cause I'm pretty sure it'll be awhile
