    refurbished Inspirions, but

    when i add it to my cart, it still says its charging me for shipping

    that probably the handling fee. they charged me like $24 for handling when i had free shipping.

    I find that sad. They get paid to handle the products they make. Wish I got to charge a fee for handling paint all day (i paint houses).

    "Okay ma'am... job's done, looks great..Here's my bill... the fee at the bottom is for me to actually handle my paint brush".

    Seems like a cheap shot at sucking money from you when they do that.

    Normaly Shipping / Handling on a laptop is $49.
    Certain incentives right now have the shipping part removed and they credit you $24 off the price when you checkout. Making your final 'rip off fee' $24. Nice of them to discount a fee that should't be there in the first place.
