unless you are buying something you are transferred to an everlasting queue
every time you are on hold, start a new thread, write about your experience
I figure that if everytime someone is on hold working out a problem with dell the forums will fill as a warning to those that follow
maybe companies will see how expensive dell is when you take into account how much time their employees spend on the phone to dell
one order, many phone calls, all that ends up happening is that I run out of time on hold or at 10am Friday some automated messages says "this office is closed call back during office hours"
obviously dell does not work 9-5 Mon-Fri when do they work?
by looking up Dell issues on line I found a whirlpool forum that discusses alot of people with similar problems
including a magic number for the local delivery company
