    order status details?

    I ordered my M1530 on January 16th, and from reading some of the posts on this board, a lot of people seem to get more detailed order status than I do. My online order status only says "In Production" and will just go straight to "Shipped" as my Lojack info did. Other people have Testing, boxing, etc.

    How do I find out this more detailed information?

    I guess, I called and the rep thought my order was returned by me :mad: it wasn't even shipped out yet!
