Back when dell introduced the XPS line in laptops I thought they were so cool. I had goton an alienware area51m a few months before it and decided I wanted a dell too. The laptop I wanted was Inspiron XPS Gen 2. So I ordered it from dell. Its been a few years now since that came out, just remembering back, I did an online config and used a bank debit card for payment. I was so excited. After a few days I hadn't goton any confirmation really, I was young back then 20. I wasn't in the position to dispute payments with a bunch of greedy sales team. For some reason the order never even took place. I even called dell after to see what happened and dell said they never had an order(it was some lady and she said nope never ordered). I was compleatly flustered and dismayed. I had plenty of dough, yet there was no one to help me in any way or shape. I felt like if I had to order twice, that I was setting my self up to be taken for. Another words If I cant do a simple thing as to order a machine right the first time I probubly shouldn't order again. So I gave up distrought that I wasnt given any help. I still wish today that I had goton that laptop cause it was a awesome laptop.

What should I have done? There just was no way I was ordering that machine twice. I was super pissed!
