When I tred to configure a 1520 the other day, the T7300 was no longer an option

I just tried again, and the T7300 isnt an option. Only T5250, T5450, T7250, and T7500 are available. Weird.

    Also not available:

    WXGA anti-glare (only glossy now)

OMG....lol......ok I say just go with the t7250, and dont worry about the cache you wont really see a difference, but if u can spare the money then go for the t7500

I think T7250 is ok (almost par in performance with the T7100).... the 4 MB cache will show an increase in performance but only marginal..... If you feel you really need the best out there then alone go with the T7500....
