    pc3200 200MHz???

    it is possible that they send me a I6000 with ram 512mb 1 dimm 200MHz??? I thought it is 400Mhz.Because if I run CPU-Z it writes frequency 199.5MHz.

    that's correct. PC3200 is 200MHz ... but because it is DDR (DUAL DATA ...) then it's X2 ... ie 400MHz

    DDR works on the highs and lows of a wave and so is effectively x2 the rate
