Hopefully getting my D630 in a few weeks, and im out collecting accessories :)

will a regular "skin" like the dakota perfect skin in 14.1" fit the d630 if it has the 9-cell battery? or you will be stuck using skins for 15-15.4" laptops?

if anyone has a recommendation id be glad to hear it.

Also, will it be necessary with extra cooling for the d630 (getting x3100) when its docked? going to have it in my fairly large wardrobe (its big) where i used to have my stationary computer, and the temp will probably be around 20-25c. Been thinking about building a DIY shelf for it using some simple piece of wood with fan holes in the bottom, and attaching it to the wall.

you don't need extra cooling....for any notebook really. Unless you overclock the GPU like crazy and game on it for 5 hours straight. Even then it will just be hot, no harm will come to it...I know people who keep their LCD closed while using an external monitor, that creates enormous amounts of heat but nothing seem to happen.
