Ok i ordered a 1330 20 days ago and already got it at home today (even with some delivery problems), which means i'm actually happy with the speed, however even though i did know there were some problems with the 1330 i decided to assume the risks and go ahead...

but i didn't have much luck, i'm not asking for the perfect computer, i wouldn't have even cared about some of the outer flaws some users have... but the 2 ones i have are at least annoying... the whine (which is little high, i can stand some whine, but this is too hight), and the uneven flat which makes laptop to keep shaking as i type on the keyboard... its VERY little but considering this is a high end laptop i'm not really happy with it.

So i don't know if i should call customer support and ask for a replacement or just try to fix/ignore it :S

I would say try your luck and get a replacement. I had 2 ordered and tried to cancel one but Dell never could cancel it, so I let it rode and picked the best one and returned the second one. Give it a try -- worst case return 2 if they cant get it to your liking. It is a sweet laptop -- fast for Vista, nice size, LED screen is awesome. etc
