    Hello everyone,
    I am Princy and I am new to this forum. I am having Dell Inspiron i3 laptop and I am facing problem connecting its bluetooth with my phone. Neither i can transfer my phone content to laptop nor could transfer content from laptop to phone. I have tried it many times. So, can anyone please help me what's could be the problem and how could I connect its bluetooth..?

    Have you verified that your laptop supports Bluetooth, and are the devices paired? Bluetooth is usually optional and available at additional cost, so if you did not specially configure your laptop with Bluetooth, it's probably not included.

    Unless the Bluetooth model in your laptop is defective, you will probably have better luck asking this on a mobile phone forum. Not all phones support Bluetooth OBEX, so it may not even be possible. If it is supported, the procedure varies depending on the device.

    I tried pairing the devices and it showed pairing successful but still I am unable to transfer data from phone or from laptop .

    Let me guess.. Are you using Blackberry? I had some issues with my own phone and it took some trials of re pairing and reconnecting and retrying to send files. You just have to play around it. After the transfer goes through for the first time, the latter ones will be easy.
