plzz plzzz help me solve my problem

dear friends
well i don't know how to write in a forum as this is my 1st time and recently ( 4 months ago ) i brought a dell xps M1210 , actually my web cam doesn't work....i tried to fix it up with w given cd but everytime i install it fully and when i try to open it it says no web cam software this is my frist problem, i tried to install web cam cd of xps 1330 also but it also didn't work and i still don't know wether M1330 drivers works on M1210 or not plzz plzz plzz can any body help me solving this problem i would be really great ful, actually i don't posses any good gadzets and this is the 1st time in my life that i have brought something and it means so much to me so plzz help me , i don't know how to use this forum aswell so can anyone take the pain of mailing me about the solution or if not possible then u can write it down as you do in the forum i'll manage it somehow.

i still have another problem one of my friend too posses xps and he took my media director cd and now he says that he hasn't taken it i m really shocked at this so plzz can anyone tell me is there any way i can get another media director cd for XPS m1210....

I know i have given a lots of problem at a time but i don't know what to do morever i m from nepal where technology is not much developed so plzz plzzz help me solve my problem

Download the Driver and Application files for the camera from the Dell Support site.

 

You can download the drivers and software on Dells support site.

I believe you can request the CD as well for free, but may have to pay shipping but I'm not sure.

I don't have neither of those machines so I can't help you very well.

 

I use the m1210 for work, and I just downloaded the Driver and Application files last week to do a fresh install.
