Does Dell sell the cord that plugs into the power supply separately? I looked on the Dell parts website and all I could find was the power supply and cord together. I have a Precision m4400 and my power supply says it is the PA-4e family. I will be living in Argentina for awhile so I wanted to get a cord for my computer that works with those outlets so I don't have to worry about using a converter all the time, but I can't seem to find where Dell sells just the cord.

Dell should sell the cord. Try calling them up. Otherwise eBay would probably have them.

Yes, they do. The reason you couldn't find it is because the combination cord and power supply is on their accessories site, but the power cord by itself comes from their spare parts group. To order it you'd have to contact the spart parts sales group by phone. I believe that number is 800-456-3355 (Small & Medium Business). You will probably be better off purchasing it from somewhere else, though (see below) as cords with a plug for Argentina are "out of region" in the US and therefore, ordering one will likely be a huge hassle and involve a long delay.
Most of the modern Dell notebook power supplies use an IEC C5 connector (often called a "Mickey Mouse" connector). For some reason, Dell likes to use the "hammerhead" (180-degree turn) version, but a straight-through one will work fine, too).
Other connectors they've used in the past are C7 and C7-PW (a 2-wire version of the C5) and the C13 (which is the usual desktop system connector).
You can find pictures of all of these in the Wikipedia article.
Assuming your Dell AC adapter uses a C6 connector (the matching end of the C5 on the cord), you want Dell part number 199XY. This site has it for $8.00 (the same seller has it for $18 on eBay - go figure). Note that I have no experience with that vendor - they just showed up as the lowest price in a quick Google search for " dell 199xy".
