I am having an issue with my wireless card. Every 30 to 31 minutes I lose my internet connection and then regain connection about 1 minute later. Ive already replaced my wireless router so that is not the issue. Ive logged the times when I have the issue and the times are:

    9:21am, 9:52am, 10:23am, 10:53am, 11:24am...etc

Anybody have any clue on how I can fix this?

The only thing at this point that comes to mind is interference issues. A microwave, cordless phone and even the neighbor’s crap may cause you to loose your connection.

Also more details on your set-up may help

I have the same card with a Linksys WRT54G “L” Linux version running DD-WRT V23 WPA2 encryption in 802.11 G mode that never seems to disconnect.

I have belkin wireless GPlus MIMO Router. wpa2 encryption.. If the drop in connection is due to interference, do you think it would be dropping every 30minutes? That seems to uniform to be due to cordless phone, etc

I had a theory that maybe there was a program on my computer trying access my internet connect every 30 minutes and for whatever reason it would cause my connect to be dropped. Do you think this could be the case?

PS- there is was no computer knowledge behind this theory
