    Hmm... interesting question. I think it may be possible, but you might have trouble with the inverter... generally they are made for a specific laptop, are they not? Someone with more experience in this feel free to correct me.

    inverter? hmmm.. so how about replacing the actual acreen itself

    The inverter, as i understand it, speaks between the screen and the video card on the lappy. So that is where there may be a compatibility issue.
