    hey guys

recently, i noticed that the play/pause button that is on that button strip (which should illuminate when u press it for a few seconds) is always illuminated..........before that the usage of the buttons was erratic.....has anyone had this problem?

does anyone have any suggestions before i go to dell?

Edit: Also, the other buttons don't work.....no function and no illumination

sounds like maybe the button is stuck? I would try prying the plastic strip and re-seating it. After actually checking the buttons to make sure that everything seems to be in order. Maybe it needs a damp wipe or something.
