This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     i just bought a new dell xps m1530 laptop and it works fine at all...but for some reason every so often in certain programs like MSN the question mark button switches to an E wih an asterix above it... I don't kno if its something i'm doing or if there is something wrong..if anyone knows the solution to this problem it would be much appreciated..ty
