Now it doesn't even give me the option, will the option be back tomorrow?

If anyone has a preferred account please try making an order (well without actually buying it) and see if it comes up for your account too -

Well it doesn't matter then, because on top of all the normal reasons of why you should place your order over the phone, you can ask for an extra 4% off of your order for using a DPA as the payment method

The remote is a waste of time...just say you are using your Dell Preferred Account and that you normally receive like 4% off or $50 off or osmething like that. Lately, I've been getting them saying that's for first time purchases only. So I just say well I've always ordered and received it, so...and then they give it to you
