i just got my inspiron 9300 last week. it runs really slugish, (and by sluggish i mean when i have more than one app running it will freeze the apps screen or not respond) also, my windows media player 10 won't let me delete files from the library, i click on delete and have tried both delete from library, and delete from library and hardrive, still it won't get rid of the audio files!!

-if it helps, it says it only has 112 of the 512 available physical memory

HELP!!! DO I NEED TO SEND IT BACK IN TO DELL TO CHECK IT>? OR IS THIS COMMON>?

Dell has alot junk software that will eat up your resources. You can either remove the programs using add/remove programs in control panel or do a clean install. Also, check and see what programs are starting up (start-->run-->msconfig-->startup tab). Uncheck any programs that you don't want to start up when you boot your system.

On the WMP problem, try going to "My Documents" then "my music" and delete the files from there.
