ok so i got my dell and the audigy worked fine..but i wanted to do a clean install (to get rid of bloat-ware) so i reinstalled Vista home premium and all the drivers off my included cds from dell

and then i reinstalled the creative audigy that came w/ the dell (which also has the Vista Rev stamp on it)

    i see this message

after it goes online and asks for my activation key and i input it..i get this error message (and i have the key infront of me right now and ive tried it a million ways)

heres is the error message i cant get past
