    Hi there!

If I'll try to put a CD in the disc drive, he almost always reject it and pushing it back out. For example: If I try it 10 times, only the 11th time my pc will fix the cd inside and play him.

    Can anyone help me please?

I have the heaviest model of the studio 15.4 serie but I don't know the exact name.

Have you tried the disc in other players? Is the disc scratched or damaged in any way? All Disc players have a certain 'tolerance' and ability to correct errors on their own. Sometimes unfortunately, it just is not going to happen for you.

A good example is that I used to have pioneer deck in my car that could play a disc that had been set on fire practically. Try that on my 500 dollar Clarion however. That thing would skip if a kitten had licked the surface once.

Which optical drive do you have? There seems to be some problematic ones Dell is using.
