the canadian shipping company seems to not update there order status, my vostro was shiped on the 31, i checked it on purelator website on the 1st, which my laptop is currently in us, today which is my EDD i did not get my laptop and i checked the site again, it displayed the same info indicating that the last update was on sept 1st. there customer service is closed after i got back from school, so does this happen to canadian dell buyers?

The purolator website will update once your laptop is in Canada.

i just called purolator 5 mim ago, apprantly it was shiped on a saturday, and both monday and tuesday are national holidays in US, so my vostro wont arrive untill next monday

The first leg of shipment to Canada is from Austin to the border via linehaul truck - there are no updates until the bulk shipment arrives at the processing center up here and gets split up (and scanned) for delivery to individual addresses.
