i have just a few questions.

i ordered my 1640 with the RGB screen. my screen is defective as it has a flicker problem. called dell and they said i could get a replacement. when i ordered the wled 1080p option wasnt there. can i ask for this instead and get my $200 back? do they do this sort of thing (thats the difference between the screens on dell.ca).

also, with the new laptop, will i get a new 21 days to get that replaced if there is an issue?

    thanks.

just wondering, is the return/replacement policy 30 days in Canada?
