    If I buy a semi-used Dell notebook with a 1 year warranty will it be possible for me to extend it once the warranty is tranfered to me? Would I be able to get the complete care too?

    I'm 99% sure as long as the transfer is completed to your name then there is no problem doing this ... Dell is always happy to take extra money from people [ ;)] They do make money on these warranty programs after all.
