    question about the Audigy option

    From what I can gather, the Audigy drivers can indeed improve your sound quality. But I'm guessing (and it's just a guess) that they won't make much difference if you're using something very basic for speakers, such as your laptop's stock built-in speakers.

    Is that true? If so, what sort of speaker configuration is the minimum for Audigy to make any difference? And will it improve the sound in headphones? :confused:
