Really quick question about the sound card. With Vista the mic-in on the front can be set to either a mic-in or a line-in, I verified this at best buy with an M1330 (same sound card?) in the sound settings. With the downgrade to XP, is there still a selection on what type of input the 'mic-in' is?

    Thanks!

With the proper driver it should work the same.

Here is my question on downgrading:

    1. After formating then installing XP Pro, are there any problems with the HDMI port?
    2. Does any port/function of the computer not work after installing all the available XP drivers?

    Simple and sweet, thank you!
