    Why is bluetooth NOT capatible with XP? Cause I ordered a Vostro 1500 with XP and it didn't say nothing. Now I find out yesterday it only works with Vista.

    Ask if I would be able to get a refund on 1 of the 2 9 cell batteries I purchased because I don't like it's big size and would like to have a 6 cell. And also ask if it is true that they are no longer selling 4 cells for the XPS 1330

    I just got in and asked that. She told me she wasn't aware of that problem. Somehow I get the feeling that Dell isn't either.

    it was so freaking gay. a few times i was like... hello.. are you there? haha. seriously that convo could take place in about 4 minutes with a friend. yet it lasted from 8:30 to 8:55. ridiculous. and no probs.

    What time zone are you at?

    I keep trying to get into Dell chat and nothing pops up, it says the queue is closed or it may be after hours. It says it's closed after 5 for small business, which is not my case. I tried 15 min. before 5:00, and I kept refreshing it and nothing happened.

    I don't know if I should keep trying right now, (8:15)

    i'm in EST. so it was 8:30 when i tried. and when i first opened it said i was the 15th person in the queue line. so you have to wait a bit more before you actually get to talk to them. i wouldnt waste my time again tho. she didnt kno jack.

    Dang.. I keep trying but it doesn't even put me on queue.

    Support is worthless. These people never understand you. If you talk to sales, they only care about getting your info and selling you crap. What cracks me up sometimes is when you chat with someone named "Kevin" or "Chris". I doubt there's many Kevins or Chris's in India.

    Lately in chat I've been getting more and more Americans..american names at least. My last few attempts at checking my order status I've had Elizabeth once, and Kim twice. Sadly, Kim is a hardass and wouldn't give me any information because my name isn't on the account (used my mom's name). Last week, Rikus gave me all the info I wanted and more.

    I really can't tell who's better to deal with anymore.

    Well I believe the main reason why the agent cant answer your questions directly because 1st its possible that they dont handle those kind of problems. You might be calling for a different Queue, not all people know whats happening at Dell, specially regarding problems. If you contact the sales department be sure to ask regarding sales question, if your concern is regarding technical problems try to contact the tech support department so that your questions will be answered. The chat support reps are handling more than 1 cust at the same time thats why it will take time for them to answer all your questions. They are multi- tasking in short.

    yea it's what i figured. thats why i asked if the reason i couldnt get any answers was because i chose the "order status" option.
