Hi, I tried searching but could not find an answer. I have just gotten a replacement for a defective system and the warranty (sp?) is still counted from the day I received my first system, not the replacement. Is this normal? Do they not move the warranty date up to match when you received your replacement?

no they will not move the warranty. the warranty on the new system is the same as the warranty on the old system.

Thanks for the quick reply :). That is too bad, given that now you have a shorter time for the replacement to show any problems, etc... Anyway, I shall cross my fingers that my system does not show any problems, lol!

I think the only only way around that is to do a new order and start fresh...
