If i get the full warrenty and service and get a discount for doing so will I be able to get a refund for the warrenty if I change my mind? Or will I be forced to keep the warrenties and service plan because by doing so allowed me to get a percent off?

Talk to a CSR, you may OR may not be able to remove warranty. I'd suggest keeping it if you intend to keep your notebook for any extended period of time :)

Removing the warranty would remove any discounts you receive because you got it <_<

I've usually steer people to buying an extended warranty considering how likely laptops are likely to have failures due to the abuse they take. They will prorate it for you considering if you just bought the laptop.
