Try to load the roxio disc and check on how to unistall all the softwares there, there should be an option on how to remove that software. Just the menu.

What do you use in place of Roxio? I've always removed Roxio as well, but have not looked for Vista replacements yet, so I've left it for now.

In any case, I've alway had good results manually deleting the directories and registry entries, followed up with a registry cleaner. I installed CCleaner yesterday and it seems to be up to the job.

Roxio is very proprietary. Even Dell techs will tell you to do a clean reinstall as it leaves so many registry entries and remaining fragments.

    Clean install and Vista/WMP media.
