When I be charged restocking fee if I cancel an order? I ordered Zune but the more I think, I feel like buying Apple.. my order is 'In Production' status right now. But since it's pre-order.. I'm not sure how it works.

If you cancel an order there won't be a fee. Of course, they may not let you since it's already in production.

All orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee, whether it be a laptop, desktop, camera, anything...even accessories..unfortunately.. :(

It is already *produced* but it is considered an order, and processed as if it were going into *production* it is pulled & *picked* from a warehouse..etc.
