    returning for credit or refund?

    what does it mean by returning with credit? does it mean that i cannot get the full amount i paid, but instead i can buy other dell computer with the credit?

    Returning for refund means the money goes back to your bank account.

    Returning for credit means the money stays at the store. You can use that store credit to buy something else there.

    so do i need to pay the 15% restocking fee if i return it for credit instead of refund? And does the return policy in Australia the same as U.S?
