Got my screened replaced and this new one is just as grainy. It's an eye sore to look at it. Dell won't even let me down grade the screen so i guess i will have to keep sending this pos back until i get something i can look at for 5 minutes.

I just want a screen without grain. I told them I wanted to just send it back for a full refund but because its 3 weeks after the invoice date cause i had to wait 2 weeks to GET the computer back from the repair shop that time has already elasped. This is my last dell i ever buy.

**** quality control. You'd think they would have someone just take a peek at your screen to make sure it's not grained.
